• Do NOT control user content
• Do NOT act as an employer or partner of creators

We only provide the technology and hosting infrastructure.

All content is provided directly by users.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• keeping login credentials secure
• all activity under your account
• accurate information

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, for:

• policy violations
• suspected fraud
• illegal behavior
• chargebacks
• risk to the platform

We are not liable for loss of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• upload illegal, stolen, or copyrighted content
• harass or threaten others

License to Us

By posting content, you grant NepaliFans.com a:

worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license

to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and operate your content solely to provide the Service.

You retain ownership.

7. Adult & Sensitive Content Disclaimer

The Platform may contain:

• adult material
• nudity
• explicit or sensitive content

By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• you may encounter such content
• you access it voluntarily

8. Moderation & Enforcement

Users

• subscriptions may renew automatically
• cancellations follow platform settings
• refunds are discretionary

Creators

• payouts are subject to fees, minimums, verification, and review
• earnings are NOT guaranteed
• payouts may be delayed, reversed, or withheld for fraud, chargebacks, or violations

We may modify pricing, fees, or payout structures at any time.

10. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for:

• reporting income
• paying taxes
• complying with local laws

NepaliFans.com does not provide tax advice or withholding unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property & DMCA

We respect intellectual property.

If you believe your copyright is infringed, submit a proper notice including:

• description of work
• location of infringing content
• your contact details
• good faith statement
• legal declaration

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• their policies
• their downtime
• their actions

Use them at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided:

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

We make no warranties regarding:

• uptime
• security
• availability
• accuracy
• uninterrupted service

Use is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

• lost profits

• account suspension or removal

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the platform in the previous 3 months.
